Jesse Kissel is an American Conductor, Orchestrator, Arranger, Musical Director, and Pianist. 

Adept at a broad range of styles, he has worked with many award-winning composers, including Marc Shaiman, David Shire, Alan Menken, and his long-standing relationship with John Kander.

Broadway and Off-Broadway credits include Chicago, The Visit, Bright Star, The Cher Show, Leap Of Faith, Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark, Cirque Du Soleil's: Paramour, and Ragtime (Avery Fisher Hall 15th Anniversary Concert) and Kid Victory at The Vineyard Theatre. 

National and International productions include Chicago (Australia, Dubai, Japan), Kid Victory (Signature Theatre, DC), The Visit (Williamstown Theatre Festival), The Scottsboro Boys (Center Theatre Group, LA), Titanic (MUNY), and CATS (MUNY). 

He is the Musical Director, Conductor, and Orchestrator/Arranger for YouTube celebrity Trump roaster, Randy Rainbow. Together, they’ve been honored with a 2022 Creative Arts Emmy Nomination for their work on Randy’s YouTube Channel, as well as a 2023 Grammy Award Nomination for the debut studio album A Little Brains, A Little Talent.

A sought after stage partner in the cabaret and concert world, Mr. Kissel has also travelled with TOVAH: Out Of Her Mind (Tovah Feldshuh), Aaron Lazar (The Kennedy Center, Birdland, 54 Below, and Joe’s Pub), and Tori Scott. He’s had the honor of performing with both The Boston Pops and The Naples Philharmonic. 

Jesse holds a B.F.A. from Boston Conservatory, and an M.M. from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music in Orchestral Conducting.
